At 032c, we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and accessories may be subject to final sale terms.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original 032c packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity cards are included.
Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location within 7 days of your request.
Refund Processing
Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
